Terms & Condition
These Terms and Conditions govern your booking with Ilahi Travels. Please read them carefully, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Ilahi Travels. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Content Rights
All photos and videos taken during Ilahi Travels trips, whether by our team or clients, may be used by Ilahi Travels for advertising and promotional purposes, with proper acknowledgment to the creators. Third parties may not use such content without prior written consent from Ilahi Travels.
2. Payment Terms
The full cost of the trip must be paid prior to the trip's commencement. Bookings with unpaid balances are subject to cancellation. Any booking amounts paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Identification and Non-Transferability
Travelers must present a valid government-issued ID for verification before boarding. Bookings are non-transferable, and only individuals whose names are confirmed at the time of booking are permitted to travel.
4. No Refunds for Unused Services
No refunds or discounts will be issued for any portion of the trip that is missed, left early, or unused, regardless of the reason, including illness, late arrivals, or emergencies.
5. Responsibility for Personal Belongings
Travelers are solely responsible for their belongings. Ilahi Travels is not liable for any damage, lost, stolen, or misplaced items during the trip.
6. Departure Timings
Departure times are fixed and non-negotiable. Travelers must report to the pickup point at least 45 minutes prior to departure and update their status with the trip coordinator. If you miss the departure, no refund will be provided.
7. Air Conditioning Policy
Air conditioning in vehicles will be turned off in hilly areas and may be switched off at the driver’s discretion on rough or dangerous routes for safety reasons.
8. Health and Safety
Smoking and drinking are discouraged during the trip. Some activities, such as trekking or camping, may require physical exertion. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical condition to participate.
9. Misconduct and Behaviour
Ilahi Travels maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct or misbehaviour. Any inappropriate behaviour toward trip coordinators, drivers, fellow travellers, or service staff will result in immediate termination of the trip without a refund.
10. Travel Delays and Changes
Ilahi Travels is not liable for delays, changes, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, landslides, accidents, political events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. No Insurance Coverage
Ilahi Travels does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, illness, theft, or other losses. Travelers are strongly encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance.
12. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary is subject to change due to factors such as weather conditions, road closures, or participant health. Ilahi Travels reserves the right to make adjustments for safety, comfort, or other considerations.
13. Personal Responsibility
Travelers are solely responsible for their safety and well-being during the trip. Ilahi Travels shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or fatalities that occur during the trip unless due to negligence on our part.
14. Littering Penalty
To promote sustainable travel, travellers are encouraged not to litter. Any penalties for littering will comply with local laws.
15. Trip Cancellation by Ilahi Travels
Ilahi Travels reserves the right to cancel trips for valid reasons. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Ilahi Travels will not be responsible for any expenses already incurred by the client (e.g., non-refundable flights).
16. Price Changes
Trip prices are subject to change due to factors such as fuel costs, taxes, or currency fluctuations. However, once full payment is made, any subsequent price increases will not apply to your booking.
17. Independent Contractors
Certain services during the trip, such as guiding, transportation, or hospitality, may be provided by independent contractors. Ilahi Travels is not responsible for the performance or actions of these third-party service providers.
18. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Right to Refuse Service
Ilahi Travels reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any stage of the trip for valid reasons, including but not limited to safety concerns or violations of these Terms and Conditions. This excludes reasons related to discrimination or protected legal grounds.
20. Additional Costs Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Any additional costs arising during the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, natural disasters, political closures, or other uncontrollable events must be borne by the traveller. Ilahi Travels will not be held liable for these expenses, which may include but are not limited to additional transportation, accommodation, or meal costs.
21. Updates to Terms
Ilahi Travels reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to review the most current version prior to booking.
By booking with Ilahi Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
